Cakes
Just like all of our pastries, we make our cakes from scratch with nearly 100% organic ingredients. We do not use fondant or artificial dyes. Although we use natural dyes (like hibiscus flowers and tumeric), we are not able to provide fully customized cakes. Of course, all of our cakes are 100% vegan—that is, dairy-free and egg-free. In addition, we are able to make all of our cakes gluten-free and soy-free.
To order, give us at least 48 hours’ notice. For a small fee, we can deliver within Denver. Either call or email us with your order, and we’ll get back to you to confirm everything. We accept cash or check upon pick up. We do not take credit cards.

Fillings
For our two-layer cakes, the default filling is your choice of buttercream. Add $5 for ganache or pastry cream filling and $6 for a seasonal berry-infused pastry cream. At the time we do not fill sheet cakes.
Sizes and Servings
The listed price includes cake and buttercream flavor of your choice. We can inscribe your cake at no extra charge. Gluten-free and soy-free cakes are extra depending on the size of the cake. (Our ganache is not soy-free.)
